Skinorain Refund & Return Policy

At Skinorain, we take pride in providing high-quality skincare products. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we have the following return and refund policy.

Returns
We accept returns only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
